Are LGUs required to implement SSL immediately?
Sender: Just want to ask po kung paano po mangyayari kapag hanggang ngayon di pa rin po implemented ng LGU ang last tranche ng Salary Standardization Law (SSL)? May violation po ba sila pag di po binigay yung last tranche sa mga employees? Thanks po.

Not required po since kung mapapasin nyo po in every circular kapag LGU fund – lagi pong merong “Subject to the PS Limitation in LGU Budget” if di po kaya ng pondo (Personnel Services) di po talaga yan i-implement.
