Anniversary Bonus

  • Amount: Shall not exceed P3,000.00 per employee per year
  • When Granted: every milestone year (15th and every five years thereafter)

A one-time incentive granted to government employees commemorating a milestone founding anniversary (15th and every five years thereafter). It is given to all qualified officials and employees, whether permanent, temporary, casual, or contractual, who have rendered at least a specified minimum period of service as of the anniversary date, in an amount not exceeding ₱3,000.00 per employee per milestone year, to foster esprit de corps and recognize institutional milestones. Base Pay – Military and Uniformed Personnel (MUP)

  • Amount: based on the Base Pay Schedule of the MUP
