EO 77 | Pwede ba mag-claim ng DTE ang Treasurer pag nag-encash ng sweldo ng empleyado?
Hi po.. pwede po ba magclaim ang head of office particularly ang treasurer nang Daily Travel Expenses (DTE) (formerly called per diem in EO 298) pag nagpunta ng bank para magencash ng sweldo?

Yung location ng bank sa same city or municipality lang? Not allowed.
In our agency we allow treasurer to claim DTE to encash sweldo ng empleyado
The treasurer has TA. Maybe not. But in EO77, regardless of the rank and position, entitled to claim but it depends on the distance of travel.
parang di naman whole day at hindi naman official travel yun kundi part of regular duty
Wala po ba syang service vehicle kapag nag encash?
