Sender: Hello guys, kapag ba mag hire ng 3rd party to provide orentation/ seminar sa employees, enough na ba ang contract lang? Accordingly sila lang daw maka provide ng ganung orientation. Need po ba idaan sa procurement process?

In our agency, if the in house training and education dept. Can’t do it especially if it’s technical in nature. May I suggest tap the govt agencies offering trainings its a govt to govt procurement process. No need to pass thru procurement.
Need to have request address to the head of agency with attachments module, amount per participant not to exceed 2k per day. There is a service agreement between the provider and the agency. Better if accredited with the CSC.

Yes, meron naman appropriate procurement mode applicable to the circumstances of the trainor or resource speaker, kung outside of your agency.
