Guidelines on the Allowable Cost of Trainings for Government Employees

Question: Hello GABOTAF, I would like to ask if there is a budget ceiling for training / registration fees? Can you direct me to it? I can only find NBC 563 where section 3.2 states that participant is allowed 2000 Pesos per day of registration fee for non-trainings, seminars, conferences and fora conducted by non-government entities. How about government trainings? Thank you so much because we are advised to shoulder the excess amount of registration fee if it is above the 2000 pesos per day registration fee.
