Q: Good day GABOTAF! I have a question po on the Issuance of ICS for Semi-expendable property. Can you issue another ICS for the same Accountable officer on the same kind of item even if that AO haven’t surrendered the previous item given to him (same item)? Example: Safety shoes. Thank you!
