What to do in case an error was found in the appointment paper of an employee during an audit?

Sender: Good day po. Isa po akong official sa audit team ng isang department agency at isa sa handle ko po ang pag audit ng mga vouchers ng first salaries, differentials, etc. na nanggagaling sa HR.
Ngayon may napansin po akong technical error sa appointment ng isang empleyado, pwede ko po bang isauli ang voucher na yon sa HR?

Valid po ang appointment til mareceive nyo ang denial ng csc. If may error sabihan nyo nlng si HR para maayos na bago pa madisapprove ni csc
Tapusin niyo po muna audit engagement niyo, may process po na dapat sundin, check the revised PGIAM. As auditors, well documented and reported ito dapat. Ang final na gagawin niyo ay Audit Report.

You are supposed to know your next move since part of your job is to define your audit objectives, the procedures you are about to employ and the parameters that would your basis whether or not your auditee complied with the existing, rules and regulations and draw your report/recommendations as your output.
You should discuss this to your superior and have it settled within your unit.

Pwede naman dahil pre audit kayo dpat consistent ang supporting docs with the amount being claimed
Not clear if audt analyst o internal audit kayo. But just in case na ias kayo you no obligation po sa pag pre -audit ng vouchers. Refer to internal audit manual
