  1. As the HR, I always ensure that all personnel either permanent or Job Order Support Staff will received their salaries on time.

  2. Depende yan sa agency nyo.. Sa amin 2-3 days lang given na kumpleto ang supporting docs like dtr and report of work accomplishment.

  3. The law provides that you cannot pay for services not yet rendered. Unlike permanent where the attachment for current salary is dtr for the previous month, JO’s are required attach their current DTR and accomplishment report for that specific period as an attachment because of the “no work, no pay” policy. So normally, na dedelay talaga because of collation of dtr and preparation of accomplishment report for that payroll period. 😉

  4. It depends. Dapat may approved appointment…dtr… accomplishment report to support payroll

  5. Usually yes. Bihira lang ang agency na nakakameet ng pasahodan ang JOs after five working days ng cut off.

  6. Daily time record at accomplishment report are two documents needed to process the payroll for JOs. Such being the case, there is a delay by a day or two. However if these documents are given priority attention, that delay can be remedied. Suggest JOs submit at the end of the day their DTRs to prevent delay as we all need our pay.

  8. Medyo po.
Tapos madalas accounting office daw yung may kasalanan.

  9. Already delayed since it is “service rendered” after the rendered service will process the payroll

  10. Lagi po on time ☺️ provided complete dtr and accomplishment reports

  11. Depende sa agency..
pero ako as hr, di ko hinahayaan na madelay ang sweldo hanggat maaari .. mapa-permanent man o JO.. maliban nlng kung sa employee ang cause ng delay.. like late submission of dtr and accomplishment report.. 🙂

Kaya talagang said kana.

  16. Mas late sa kanila dahil every 31 or 1 and 15 or 16 of the month naman sila magsubmit DTR.saka depende pa sa dami ng J.O.

Regardless the nature of appointment, we have to equally treat them.

  21. Depende po kung gano kaagap mga JOs. Nsaknila ang ikakaaga ng sweldo nila

  22. Depende sa Agency. Sa LGU namin may mga opisina na nadedelay pero mas marami ung on time.
