RESIGNATION — Mandatory ba ang one-month notice?

Question | Topic

Good day po.

Please read Sec. 104 of the ORA OHRA.

File your request at least 30 days prior the effectivity of resignation. Non-action (no response) from appointing authority thereof, your resignation is deemed approved. — by Raffy Pavia Canaria

Yes. But within the period of resignation, the employer may opt to end it earlier (for Private). Employee is still compensated for the month though. — by Carl Andrew Siy

Basahin nyo dito.
