Required bang may handwritten na General Ledger/Subsidiary Ledger?

Hello admin, good eve. New member ako sa Group but I am in my 3rd year in government already.

Try ko lng po sana magtanong and sana mapost sa Page. PPE hawak kong account but my question is all about subsidiary and general ledger. Required po ba na hand written ang pagpopost sa ledger or pede printed na lang?

Magreretire na kasi accountant namin na nagpopost sa ledger at ako ang papalit. So medyo madami yun ledger na sinusulatan niya, my mga subsidiary pa.

Yun lang po admin. Salamat po and more power sa gabotaf.

I think, it’s better to have it in excel file using the prescribed form in the GAM as long as you maintain the printed hard copy as your back-up, to be sure, please ask permission to your finance officer and to your resident auditor about this.

Pwede naman po [Microsoft] excel, but you can use the eNGAS from COA , its free.

Nung ako ang humahawak nyan, handwritten.
