Help po. What if hindi po na utilize lahat ng budget ng SK hanggang Dec. 2018, pwede po bang mapunta yun sa 2019 budget or ibabalik po sa National Treasury? Mabagal po kasi ung process ng mga papers sa Brgy namin at nakahold po ang budget ng brgy namin dahil kulang mga documents na pinasa ng Brgy. Kaya pati budget po ng SK, naaapektuhan po. Please help.

Capital Outlays will be part of the Continuing Appropriation meaning pwede pa iimplement next year. Unexpended MOOEs will be reappropriated provided nameet ang income expectations.
