Q: Ask ko po sana sa ganitong scenario sa bidding:

Original contract price: 5M

Revised contract price after variation: 5.5M

ABC: 5.3M

POW & PR amount: 5.8M

Yung question ko po still Allowed pa rin po ba to na ung revised contract price na 5.5M nag exceed na sa ABC (5.3M) pero pasok pa sia sa budget based on PR & POW na (5.8M)???
