Hello good day I am very thankful po na this page is created I am the incumbent municipal councilor holding finance and appropriations, I wish to ask if the Personal services for bhw, tanod, day care teachers, is chargeable sa MOOE or PS?

Yung barangays kasi dito sa amin they try to put it sa MOOE and making 55%ps cap more wider para maka increase yung mga Kagawad at pining barangay please help.
