Sender: Hi! I wonder if there is an update on the Magna Carta for Government Accountants and Budget Officers? Or To all accounting professionals regardless of license.

Other professions are now enjoying their magna carta, social workers, men in uniform, science and technology personnel, and alike. That includes Subsistence Allowances and other benefits rightfully earned by the employee. Are our lawmakers blinded with the needs of the accounting professionals?
