Is the hiring/renewal of Contracts of Job Order/Contract of Service workers prohibited during election period?
Q: Ask ko lang po kung covered ng election ban ang pag-issue ng contract sa mga job order na natapos ang previous contract with a duration of Jan to March 28?
How about if an extension of contract ang i-issue instead of a new contract?
Would that be a better option?
