Taxable po lahat. Only those stated in RRs na NOT taxable, Ang Hindi taxable.
Benefits and bonuses not expressly exempted by law (like pbb) are taxable in excess of Php90k.
Yes if assuming mid year plus year end plus pbb is more than 90k taxable po yung excess
