Good day po! Re: Starlink Kit and service fee.
Pwede po ba namin ipasok sa MOOE ang kit and service fee ni Starlink at maliquidate?
Kung hindi po, pwede kaya maipasok namin sya sa GAD? Ang MOOE po namin ay 250k quarterly, 5% intended for GAD.
Hindi po kasi abot ng ISP ang school namin, malayo din po ang cell site. Salamat po! Napaka importante po talaga samin sa school ang internet connection nahuhuli kami sa reports lahat kasi online na. Malaking tulong din sa mga learners.

Procure thru negotiated procurement direct contracting. Najujustify naman yan if there is no wired internet in the area. yes you can pay the one time fee since the dish is considered as semi expandable comms equipment.
Just revise your SIP
If such expenses was considered in your SIP/AIP then i do believe it can be charge to your school mooe… no need to charge it to GAD since there is an appropriate expenditures in relation to internet expense… but please do coordinate/transact only on authorized service provider
