If an employee will be on leave of absence without pay from May to November of the current year, is he entitled to the Mid Year and Year End Bonus?

Hello po. Maginquire lng po sana ako if entitled po ng Mid Year bonus at Year end bonus kung yung employee po ay magleleave without pay ng May 1-November 30 this year. Salamat po

Hi, Lor. As far as the 4-month service requirement is concerned you are eligible to receive Mid Year Bonus. However, there are other conditions that you have to comply in order to be granted the same. yes if the employee has rendered 4 mos of service from july 1 of the immediately preceeding year to may 15 of the current year including leave of absence with pay
