How to compute the first salary of newly-hired employee and when should this be paid to him/her or credited to his/her account?

Question: Hello po Admin. Ask ko lang po sana about sa initial salary ng new hire (plantilla post po) which is thru cheque daw po. For example po ang date of assumption to duty po ni new hire is July 13 and then ang agency po is magpapasahod na ng salary for the period of July 16-31.

Ask ko po sana kung make-credit po ba iyong dalawang araw na pinasukan po ni new hire sa July 16-31 pay po kasi po tapos na pasahod ng July 1-15.
