1. ask ko din po, if ang assumption niya ay September 2, pwede na po siyang pasahurin ng September 2-30? kahit ang nakaattach ay na DTR ay 2-15 pa lang?

2. No official or employee shall be required to assumed the duties and responsibilities of the position without being furnished with a copy of his/her appointment by the HRMO after it is signed by the appointing authority. The appointee shall acknowledge receipt of the appointment by signing on the acknowledgement portion at the back of the appointment form.
   The appointment of officials or employees who are on official leave of absence, training or scholarship grant, shall be effective upon assumption or upon return from official leave of absence, scholarship or training. – CSC Resolution No. 1800692 Promulgated on July 3, 2018 (Amendments and Additional Provisions to CSC Resolution No. 1701009 Promulgated on June 16, 2017)

3. It should be reckoned on the date of the ‘Certificate of Assumption to Duty’.

4. If the appointee has taken his/her oath of office and assumed the duties of the position, he/she shall be entitled to receive his/her salary at ounce without awaiting the approval/validation of his/her appointment by the CSC. – CSC Resolution No. 1800692 Promulgated on July 3, 2018 (Amendments and Additional Provisions to CSC Resolution No. 1701009 Promulgated on June 16, 2017)

5. In addition to Bose Dee’s comment, take note that appointees shoukd have a copy of his/ her own appointment. The agency HRMO shud provide the appointee a photocopy of said appt after letting him/ her sign at the back of cs form 33 ☺☺
