Daily Travel Expenses (DTE) Before and After the Date of Meeting/Event

Sender: Ano po practice nyo in giving per diem sa mga employees na may seminars/trainings, do you allow per diem before and after the event?

Like for example, October 2-3 and seminar to Cebu, do you allow them to travel October 1 and give per diem and October 4 and another per diem?
