When is official receipt required for Daily Travel Expenses (DTE) covering hotel accommodation?

Question: Hello po. Itanong ko lang po sana pag nagclaim ng per diem pag nagtravel kailangan po ba ng resibo galing sa lodging?

General rule: No, receipts not needed.

Pag sobra sa authorized, yes. Pag within 50km radius, yes. If authorized amount lang and beyond 50km radius, no. [comment by Ja Ne]
