  1. Pursuant to Section 5.b of EO 77, the basis of Daily Travel Expenses (DTE) is the point of destination. For instance, when your office is in the Cordilleras and you will attend a meeting/training in Metro Manila, your DTE should be P2,200 and not P1,800 logically because the DTE shall be spent in the place of your destination (Manila) and not where you came from (Cordilleras).
