Procurement Process for Raffle Prizes

Sender: Good morning po, every year po may pa raffle po ang office namin for Christmas party, may Authority Order po nilalabas ang aming Head of Agency and meron din po kaming SDO for the said event. Lahat po ng mga for raffle namin binibili namin directly sa mga appliance centers/malls tru SDO. Tama po ba ang ginagawa namin, na di na dumadaan sa mga bidding, since mapapamahal nga lang daw if dumaan sa bidding process.

Mali po. Lahat po ng mga bibilhin ng isang agency ay dapat dumaan sa procurement process. Mapapiso man or ilang milyon o bilyon pa yan.
