ISSUE: Should Barangay Secretaries and Treasurers receive salaries (just like regular government employees) instead of Honorarium?
Issue:
Im a barangay treasurer. No question in particular but [just] want to suggest na sana gawin na lang salaried employees ang barangay treasurer at secretary. (please hide my name)

Yes, correct. To maintain the records and funds of the barangay… Sana ma regular position na ang treasurer at secretary pero dapat qualified din, cs eligible to avoid the influence of the barangay officials.
Yes. Lalo pa at public fund yun.
well dapat they have the qualifications din tulad ng normal employees, hindi lang basta trust and confidence.
