Can government employees join public auction for the disposal of unserviceable government properties?
Question: Ask lang po ako ng possible recommendations.. Pwede po bang sumali ang staff sa public auction or pwede bang bayaran/bilhin ng staff ang mga computer nila?? Bumili po kasi kami ng mga bagong desktop and laptops, so magkakaroon kami ng disposal.. Nabasa ko naman po ang government manual for disposal.. Kaya lang yung mga staff nagwoworry na kapag ibang tao daw ang nanalo sa bidding, marerecover pa rin ang files nila sa mga computer kahit ilang beses na itong ireformat.. May other way po ba? Thanks. Hi gabby! Query lang. We are using eNGAS here sa office because the management believed mas mabilis magproduce ng reports and mas convenient. However, we received an AOM citing na we are not maintaining Supplies Ledger Cards which in fact nasa eNGAS na. With just one click makikita na dun lahat.
