  1. Puede at maraming gumagawa pero MALI. As a full time govt official hindi maiiwasan na gamitin mo ang “influence and resources” ng gobyerno in your practice. The office PC/laptop, internet to name a few, plus your PAID HOURS and most specially your influence, (baka member ka pa ng BAC), at baka your client will be transacting with your office. Check RA 6713 to be clarified.✌️

  2. Get a written permission from Head of Agency, re: Authority to Practice Profession, which would explicitly state that the time to be devoted for such shall be outside of office hours and it will not pose a conflict or tend to conflict with your official functions.

  3. I am also working in govt with aov position. Yes just get authority from your director ang get 120 hrs accredited trainings apply to BOA and good luck to you!

  4. Apply for limited practice of profession. Hindi dapat during office hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Before and beyond that pwede na. Nakakarender kaparin dapat 8 hours a day 40 hours per week
