Ndi advisable, kasi mapupunta sa personal account ng tao yung PCF
pls refer to dbm circular no. 2018-14. payment thru issuance of LDDAP-ADA for the establishment of PCF or its replenishment like all other forms of cash advances is allowed under item no. 4.1.2.2 of the circular.
