Good day po fellow government employees. Ano po ang remedy kung ang isang voucher po ay nawala?

Kasama po lahat ng original documents na need po sa replenishment ng isang CA.

Can the disbursing officer secure affidavits from concerned clients po na naka receive po ng cash payments?

What other course of action na pwede pong gawin? 🙁

Consult po [your] resident auditor… may mga auditor na i-consider nila yung payment ng photocopy copy ng duplicate copy… depende rin kung pra saan yung [cash advance]…

Wala pong scanned copies? Kakatapos lang magbigay ng seminar sa amin ng COA resource speaker, ang kanila daw aim ay papunta na sa paperless. Kaya ng binanggit namin ang Landbank na nagpapasubmit pa din ng hard copies despite receiving scanned copies thru emails ay sabihan daw na pabackward na daw sila kasi nagrerequire pa din ng hard copies.
