Amount of Daily Travel Expenses (DTE) when Meals are provided

Clarification on EO 77 Regarding DTE of employees na nasa training (beyond 50km). Are they entitled to claim meals for breakfast and lunch if ang start ng training is 2pm (and meals provided by the training started at PM snack)?. Thank you.

If meals were included in the training, naturally, there shall be no more DTE for meals.
No meals kung covered ng Registration/Training Fee
Yung 10% for the meals pwede. If and if indicated sa invitation when is the first meal served IMO
Per EO 77, employees can claim the full (100%) DTE upon arrival to place of destination, regardless of time of arrival..
If specified in the communication that meals and snacks will be part of the registration fee paid, then an employee cannot claim portion of the meals provided. But if silent, employee can still claim the full DTE.
