Question: Hello po! Now that offices mainly use online platform for their workshops and capacity-building activities, I wonder if it is allowed to provide food allowance for the invited participants? This is also in relation to the allocated budget for this specific expenditure po for the project as reflected in APP. And if yes, what would agencies need to be mindful along the process? Thank you!
