Standard benefits received by government officials and employees every single month
- Monthly Salary – based on the salary grade and step of their position
- Personnel Economic Relief Allowance (PERA) – P2,000.00/month [See more…]
- Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA) – for select government officials only and based on the current rates authorized under the General Appropriations Act and guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

- Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) – equivalent to a certain percentage of one (1) month basic salary. This may be given on any month of the year depending on the authorization/eligibility of the agency to grant, but in previous years, this was given in December.
Other Benefits depending on the attainment of required government service/milestone of an agency
- Step Increment based on length of service – increase in monthly salary after three (3) years on the same position.
- Loyalty Pay – P10,000.00 after 10 years in service and P1,000.00 for each year of service every after five (5) years thereafter.
- Anniversary Bonus – P3,000.00/employee per milestone year [See more…]
