Which is more appropriate to use: Personal or Personnel Services?

Question: Good day GABOTAF!

Wanna know what’s the appropriate word to use for PS expense class for payment of salaries, wages and other compensation.

Is it Personal Services or Personnel Services?

Kasi dito sa amin sa LGU nakasanayan nang gamitin ang word na Personal Services based sa COA Chart of Accounts for LGU, but upon checking the glossary terms of DBM they are using Personnel Services (PS).

Which shall prevail po ba the COA Chart of Accounts “Personal Services” or the DBM Glossary of Terms na “Personnel Services”?

I know this is just a small error baka nagkamali lang din sa spelling si COA sa Chart of Accounts.
