  1. Skylove Deep Hala pano nasabi na ssvings na agad eh di pa tapos ang 2nd qtr. Magpa webinar kau. Choose topics accdg to the mandate of your agency. Or mag search ng webinars/trainings relevant to our jobs. Matagal pa matapos ang taon. Savings is determined before year end after all mandatory requirement have been obligated. Ang savings sa PS lang to augment deficiency to pay (eg. YEB/CG, MYB, hazard pay, Magna carta for Public Health workers, etc).. i-modify na lang within MOOE… Or better yet i-OFFER nyu sa Baysnihan 3..😍

  2. Hello po..Sir and Mams..Meron po ba specific na date to request for augmentation..marami po kasi saving sa training na di pa nauutilized due to iatf restrictions?

  3. AUGNENTATION is the act of authorized official to use savings of the appropriations to augment actual amount of deficiency incuured in the current year.
MODIFICATION refers to any changes within the activity or project, changes in allotment class, changes in the object of expenditures within an agency. Provided such modification will not cause any increase in the total amount appropriated for any activity or project. Any modifications shld be reported in FAR 1 and 2 under transfer from-transfer to column.
REALIGNMENT is the transfer from an expense class to another expense class. Best example is the funding source of CNA.. (transfer from MOOE to PS).. i hope I made it right. 🤣
