  1. Annual income tax return. 1701A for purely self employed. In excess of 250k is taxable based on the tax table

  2. 0 taxes on earnings up to 250k if you opted for 8% upon reg./renewal and if the LGU/NGA is the sole source of your income

  3. Hi! Aren’t Job Order employees subject to 10% EWT if they exceeded the 250K threshold as per RMC 51-2018?

  4. Job Order Personnel JOP is subject to withholding percentage tax of 3% pursuant to BIR RMC. They are also required to pay the Php500 annual fee BIR form 0605 and secure BIR for 2303 otherwise known as Certificate Of Registrarion COR considered to a contract of service under the RMC. and file their Annual Income Tax Return or ITR subject to existing to tax schedules.
