What are the rules governing the donations of government properties to other government agencies (LGU to NGA)?
Good evening. My inquiry lang po ako.
Bumili po kami ng brandnew firetruck 10 months na ang nakalipas, then our Mayor decided to donate the firetruck sa BFP.
Question ko po, sapat na ba ung Sangguniang Bayan Resolution na ina-allow si Mayor na mag enter to contract na idonate ang Firetruck?
