Unveiled Soon: Results of Study on Government Employees’ Salary Increase

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) announced today that its study on potential salary increases for government workers is expected to be completed before the end of June 2024.

According to a statement from the DBM, the findings of the Compensation and Benefits Study will form the basis for the Total Compensation Framework for civilian government employees.

“Once the study is finalized, the consultant commissioned by the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) will present the accepted study results both to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the GCG,” the DBM said.
