Sa NGAs with shift duty personnel that have offices that must be operated for 24/7 (which can be done remotely while at home) but on a set scheduled duty (may fall between 6pm to 6am).
Note: wala po kasi nkalagay sa DBM BC 8 na night work must be rendered at the office to qualify for night diff pay.

I have not come across a legal basis to pay night shift differential. As such, no such entitlement. Besides being on a wfh arrangement, one can choose to work during the day.
