Top 10 Reasons Why You Keep on Receiving Audit Observation Memorandum from the Commission on Audit (COA)
1. You are spending government money without legal basis.
2. You are spending government money in excess of what is authorized.
3. You dont understand what are irregular, unnecessary, excessive, extravagant, and unconscionable expenditures.
4. You are spending government money but without or with incomplete/inappropriate supporting documents.
