Ano po tamang object code para don sa refilling ng fire extinguishers?
MOOE to, yung binibili natin sa office, kahit sa hospital ay yung 4.5 kgs lang na pure HCFC which has a cost of 4,669.00/unit sa PS-DBM last year then we are mandated to purchase it sa PS-DBM, sa labas mga 6k to.
For the initial acquisition, if P15,000 and below semi-expendables yan and should be expensed outright (MOOE), otherwise PPE ang classification. For re-filling, expense na yan regardless of amount (w/one year expiration of chemical contents).
if 15,000 and above yung unit price po CO, otherwise MOOE
