Pwede po ba makahingi ng csc rules regarding sa di na pwede tumanggap ng year-end bonus/allowances ang disapproved appointment…pwede rin ba re-appointment ang gawin hindi appeal?
hindi po kasi nya nameet yung educ attainment for director III kaya disapprove po sya (wala po kasi masters degree) and yet di po appeal ang ginawa nya, reappointment po…
so mejo naguguluhan kami dito sa finace if pwede sya magclaim ng allowances nya like rata and year end bonus…dati po sya PDO IV pero inappoint po sya as Director III pero after 7mos sa cs disapprove po yung papel nya. thankyou po.
