Magtatanong lang po tungkol sa salary ng JOB Order employee ng LGU. Ang salary po ba ng JOs ay kasama sa isinasubmit at ina-approved na Annual Budget? Kung OO, fixed na po ba yung amount at hindi na pwede galawin o ire-alligned? Pwede po malaman kung ano ang usual computation? Ilang days per month po ang ibinibilang sa Annual Budget? Kung HINDI, paano at saan po nakacharge ang salary para sa JOs? Ano po ang usual na ginagawa kapag may mga additional JOs na na-hire na hindi pa din kasama sa Annual Budge? Pwede po ma revised ang plantilla nga mga job orders pwede siya ma increasan if you have extra money surplus for supplemental kasi ang ginagawa ng Job Orders ay mga workloads naman ng mga regular employees kung nakikita ng LCE/depaetment heads na karapatdapat silang increasan pwede naman yan supplementalan pag may surplus so service fee adjustment

Lahat ng gastusin ng LGU, kasama ang sweldo ng JOs at COS, dapat dyan sa Annual Budget. Hindi maaring gumastos ng pera kung wala sa Annual Budget kasi violation yon ng Sec 305 at Sec. 344 ng Local Govt. Code.
Moreover, dapat ding nakalagay sa Annual Investment Program ( AIP) ng LGU kung ano’ng program, project or activity (PPAs) ang lagyan ng pundo kung sapat dapat specific ang para sa JOs or COS.
Halimbawa sa Clean and Green Program, Beautification Project., etc, dapat lagyan ng pundo para sa “Other Geberal Services” or “Janitorial Services”.
Kung clerical JOs pwede rin sa “Updating of Records, Tax Campaign”, etc. para detalyado ang objects of expenditures.

Yes, kasama ang Salary ng JO sa Annual Budget under sa MOOE ng program per office account title General Services.
Usually ang budget ng JO daily rate x 22 days x 12 months, naka lumpsum na yan.
If magkulang ang sweldo ng JO for the CY pwede naman mag Supplemental Budget.
Lahat ng expenditure item dapat nakabudget. Article VI Section 29 of the Constitution states that “No money shall be paid by the Treasury except in pursuance of an appropriation made by law. Masasama lang yan sa appropriation through rhe budgeting process. Kasama dapat yan sa budget. Also the term salaries pertain to employees only. Since JO/COS have no employer-employee relationship contract with the agency, the term may be service fee. Budget for JOs generally come from MOOE.
