[UPDATED] List of Government Agencies Eligible to the FY 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) with Cash Funding from DBM

The Department of Budget and Management has released on its website the agencies which has Notice of Cash Allocation to pay the FY 2023 Performance-Based Bonus of their eligible employees.

A Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) is a disbursement authority issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to government agencies. It authorizes agencies to withdraw cash from authorized government servicing banks to cover their cash requirements for operating expenses, purchases, and other disbursements (in this case the Performance-Based Bonus of government employees). Without an NCA, an agency cannot issue checks or use other modes of disbursement.
