Ang question po ay about sa maternity leave pay hindi po sa actual services rendered kapag bumalik na si employee kahit di pa tapos yung maternity leave nya. Ang answer po ay yes. Full pay pa rin. So, much better ubusin na lang yung 105 days.

Not unless your a teacher and magfall sa Summer Vacation ang coverage ng maternity leave. You still have your maternity pay and your proportional pay
