Is it required na original copy ng boarding pass ang iattched sa liquidation of travel expenses? Or pwede na yung printed picture of it?

Side story:
Ayaw kasing ma-save nung electronic boarding pass with CebuPac that time, na usually piniprint namin at ina-attached (tinatanggap naman ng accounting)
Staff of CebuPac printed us copy of our boarding passes. Pero during the time ng liquidation naiwan ng 2 sa group members namin yung original so pinicturan na lang ng nasa bahay and pinrint.
Accounting required us na i-attach yung original BP, di ko gets difference eh kung yung thru web check in na BP screencap then printed lang din naman. Which is I think same lang nung pinasa namin. Maygassh.
Could you give us valid references on this matter?

It is the personal responsibility ng nag-travel to safeguard their travel documents. If ok lang palagi at dinisallow ng auditor damay pati ang accountant.
kung totoo nman na ngtravel, pwede na cguro yan(my own opinion) kz my iba pa nman documents/evidences na ngtravel takaga like airline ticket (dapat original) at CA, OR for seminar fee, etc. we require un orig tickets kz my mga ngsosolicit sa LGU taz claim nila ulit sa opis(NGAs)
It’s up to the accountant talaga kung tanggapin niya o hindi. Kahit tanggapin yan, hahanapin naman ni COA yung original. General rule naman yung original every document.
Moral lesson, avoid web check in when on official travel, whether by group or not. Better check in counter desk or self kiosks.
In our case, we paid our travel exp (airport ticket) directly to the travel agency.
One of the general requirement for all types of disbursement by the government is that the documents attached are sufficient and relevant to establish the validity of claim. A mere photograph of your boarding pass may not be considered to be sufficient and relevant as the Accountant may have deemed it necessary for you to produce the original boarding pass/es (as you have been able to take pictures of it anyway).
By the way, a printed screencap may be considered an electronic boarding pass but definitely a picture of your paper boarding pass is not an electronic boarding pass-try showing one to the CebPac gate agents and I bet they won’t let you board your flight. 😊
