may legal basis po an COA for the registration fee of 2k..and COA will never ask that reg. fee if there is no legal basis. Kng mkatarungan an question mo… the answer is “YES”..
Ang 2k per day na registration diyan kinukuha ang bayad sa catering, training kit, honorarium ng training management team, venue ( kc kahit may venue ang coa may corresponding gastos yan) sa honorarium pa lang, 200/hr/coordinator then ang resource person ang honorarium depende sa salary grade per hour yan. Palagay mo may kita ang COA niyan? Lugi pa nga eh
thats a DBM Circular pero kahit ibang govt aganecies hindi cnusunod.. like the CSC, 7k ang registration for a 3day seminar (live out din daw un huh) 🤭🤭🤭
revisit first the circular if it was issued by coa or dbm…😉
I think yes po. Same rate yan with csc trainings. live out din cla. Bka may sinusunod din na guidelines kaya parehas ang rate.

Atleast hindi tayo nagtatapon ng pera ng taong bayan, naiisip natin na mahalaga ang bawat centimo.
Kung gagawa ka nga po ng study ngayon, karamihan ng um-attend ng paka-dami-daming seminar walang application sa actual work and performance.
Dapat nga ang mga pinapa-seminar yung mga traffic patrols. Para hindi tayo na-bbwsi* umaga palang.
maraming mga associations jan na puro fund raising activity lang naman ng assosasyon nila in the disguise of training credits… Sa tototo lang, karamihan sa mga umaatend – gusto lang mamasyal at mag ka credits, pwede ng wag makinig jan sa seminars nila..
Ang mahal talaga kapag fund raising seminar,,,HINDI noh!
