1. S national po cguro, uso ang promotion, pero s local, naku, pag naappoint k ng bata p lng, malamang hanggang retirement e un p rn ang item mo🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

3. After 2 years po, pero di ko iniisip yun masyado, trabaho ng maayos at masipag lang.. darating ang biyaya sa tamang panahon at pagkakataon..😊

5. 1 year 1st promotion
   2 years 2nd promotion
   After 1 year resigned

6. 3 years then after 15 years

7. Pg sa ngas wala na promotion, hanggang acctntant na lng

8. Cguro pg lilipat ng agency doon ako ma propromotem haha.

9. Hmmm like 7 yrs in the making hehe but the lessons learned in those 7yrs is worth it naman ☺️..in God’s perfect time

16. 4years and counting.. nsa transistion period pa kasi waiting pa ng appointment, transfer sa ibang agency from Cash Clerk III to AAIII

19. 3 years and 6 months as Job Order ADAS III and as of now 9 months as PERMANENT ADAS III soon sana makapasa sa promotion for AO II at makapasok sa shortlist next year. Hoping.

24. Ive worked less than 4 years before at SG-11 and come to realize na it will take a lifetime para magkaroon nang career movement since nsa 40s plang un mga seniors ko. I left the govt service and take a big leap of faith sa private companies. Nagkaroon ako nang continous promotion and thorough learnings… after almost 12 years… nakabalik na ako uli sa govt service last March and now reaping the fruit of my labor as an Division Chief, OIC… looking back it was a good and successful move… un mga seniors ko nuon… they were still stuck on the same post at SG-15 since I left and kahit un previous boss ko at SG-22 andun pa rin (technically mas mataas npo ako sa kanya)… not to bragged but to inspire that you need to plan for what you want to achieve and work hard to reach those dreams turn it into reality.

25. Kaka promote ko lang po after 2 years. Basta, tiwala lang and wag masyado isipin ang promotion pag nagtatrabaho, it will just make you feel frustrated. I-enjoy ang learnings and new experience sa work. And tandaan na may purpose ang lahat. Your turn will come rin. ✨

26. Every year Po hehe 2016 AAI tapos nung 2017 RTA then 2018 AAIII Then 2019 AOIII nag apply Lang Po nang nag apply hehe. Not actually promoted haha prinomote ko Sarili ko. 😂😂😂

34. 5 years and 5 months as Sanitation inspector I (SI I) to Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan I (MGDH-1) @ age 29. Laban lang po and pursue continuing education. 🙂

35. Sa LGU if filled up lahat ng mandatory position wala promotion unless mabakante (retirement). Or creation of new position LDRRMOfficer IASOfficer)

    1st Promotion, 3 years;
    2nd Promotion, 2 years;
    3rd Promotion, 5 years;
    4th Promotion, 4 years;
    Transfer to Other Agency, 11 years from 4th promotion;
    Promotion to Present Position, nearly 3 years after transfer
