Hindi nman lahat ng pwdedeng masakyan merong resibo.. lugi kami parati.. pag sumakay nang hired tricycle “habal-habal” papuntang mga barangays at rural areas minimum na pamasahe 200.00 hindi na nakeclaim yun sa TEV walang resibo.. 😆 at wala na rin pong 400. Na pwedeng matulugan for lodging.. wala na ring 80.00 for breakfast, lunch , dinner. At bakit pag mag tataxi kelangan merong limit lang.. 😆

   Truly its only love of country as the only sensible reason why REAL GOVERNMENT SERVANTS accept the challenge to go on an official travel… many times may disallowance pa. LOL.

   The 800 is divided into;

   400 – accomodation (saan kaya may ganito ka murang room, not even rooms for prostitution)

   80 – for every meal or 240 for 3 meals. They expect you to eat at turo-turo, or at dirty sidewalk stalls to eat like a pig. Ganun ka taas ang tingin ng government(ah nga mga nagimplenent ng policy pala, aino ba sila?).

   160- for incidental expenses.

   You can only reimburse taxi from airport/bus station to your temporary residence(either a cheap prostitute’s hotel or overnight at the station instead, don’t tell anyone or else the taxi fare will be disallowed). The government expect you to walk or use the 160 incidental expense…

   Makatanong nga.. kaninong responsibility ang pagbabago ng policy na ito? DBM, COA? Bat kaya di ginagalaw nila ito.

   PS. In 2017, PhP 1 is only worth 67 cents in 2007 because of inflationary effects. That means the PhP 800 is only PhP 536.00.

   Wag na wag ka magkakamali sa time of departure or arrival mo sa itenerary mo baka ang 800 mo mabawasan pa. Nako pag nag bus ka, tanggal ang 400 sa TEV mo, d ka kasi nag check in sa motel kasi nasa bus ka…. hehe very logical sila sa time ano ho? Pero parang nahulog kukuti nila sa value ng pera.

32. Ang lowest sa mga cheap hotels ngayon 800 na. Pano kapa kakain nyan? Ang value meals sa fastfood 150 na average × 3.. incidental expenses pa.. abonado pa ang pa ang mga kawani.

33. May proposal na noon pa na gawing 2,000.00 ang per diem. Ewan ko lang kung kaninong la mesa nilangaw ang papel.

34. P800 per diem is not enough especially if our official travel is outside our province or outside Masbate. For instance, if we are attending seminar in Legazpi City, we look for a cheaper hotel. I chose a room rate of not more than P1500/day. (I want to relax, secure my safety, near in church, accessible for food and transpo).

    I chose to eat healthy food and of course assess also the hygiene of the environment because I am a sojourner only, thus my breakfast is less than P200. Usually, our two snacks and lunch are free. So we deduct P80.00 from the P800 as per diem. I ate my dinner at the mall to console myself once in a while since Masbate province has limited malls. I usually spent for dinner less than P200.

    See? I spent more than the allowed per diem. It is a sort of sacrifice for me just to serve the government. I opted not to claim nor justified the hotel accomodation to avoid multiplier effect and precedent from among employees we are serving, and to anticipate also their limited budget. (good for me that i can able to sacrifice some, but what if there are series of official travels? i look for a cheaper government office dorm, buy some groceries na lang para sa breakfast and dinner.😜what about our other fellow government employees?)😢

    However, if there is a legislation to increase the travel allowance (talagang dapat na i-amend), maraming salamat po. hopefully, maawa rin sila sa mga public servants.😭

Sa totoo lang bago nagapply ang isang empleyado lalo na kung accounting position , tinignan muna kung kaya ito trabahuin, at tinignan kung magkanu ang sasahudin, tyak nagcompute pa nga magkanu tatangapin sa kada buwan at mga allowances. Nung interview sinabi din ng naginterview anu mga trabaho at tinanung pa nga kung willing magtrabaho kahit mahirap sa gobyerno. Ang ginawa ng nag aaply sumagot na willing mag work, nung natanggap na sa trabaho aba nagrereklamo o naliliitan na sa sahod?

41. Hirap p bbyahe k ng 4 to 5hrs to point of destination. Yet, iaassume ng auditor n mttpos mo lahat in an hour. Tpos bbyahe k n naman ng another 4 to 5 hrs pauwi pero gusto ng auditor collect mo lng ung 1 hr n andun k plus 160 incidental expense. Di mo dn maimax ung 400 kc dw d k naman ggabihin sa point of destination mo dhil til 5PM lng office hours so max 320 k lang. Wala n tuloy gusto mgTO khit badly needed kc super pagod k na sa haba ng byahe at bigat ng traffic, abonado k p tpos pg gumawa k p ng per diem, dami png docs n pprepare.

42. The purpose of the EO is to rationalize not to penalize the government employees on their official travels. My advice to my co-workers who will go on official travel, if they will cash advance their TEV, the maximum amount is 800. However, depending on their itinerary and place of travel, they can justify a higher price by attaching proof on their itinerary of travels so that we can do our own verification (if needed needed). For example, accomodations, they can search on the internet of the cheapest hotels around the place of travel, print them and attached to the Itinerary, and we will allow/disallow a higher amount depending on the result of our analysis.

46. Nag-hotel po aq one time and ang price po ay 1,400 per night. Napunta po ako dun ndi sa yun ang gusto q kundi punuan na po talaga ang mga hotels dahil dun sa region-wide convention. Nung ipapa-reimburse q na, hanggang 800 lang daw po ang allowed sa lodging. Kumpleto po aq with receipts from the hotel pero 800 lang tlga per night ang nakuha q. So bale 2, 400 ang abono q sa 4 night stay q dun.
