Q: Hello. Just asking is it proper that budgeting and accounting function should be managed by the Budget Officer of the Department?
Based on the Organizational Chart of the Department, it has only Finance and Budget Section. However, only the Budget Officer (Admin Officer V) handles the functions of accounting and budgeting. Thanks and more power.
