Increase in salary step after every three (3) years in the same position.

Increase in salary step in recognition of outstanding or very satisfactory performance of an employee

Premium on the overtime services of employee. This can be in the form of Compensatory Time-off (CTO) or overtime pay depending on the availability of funds.
5. Personnel Economic Relief Allowance (PERA)
₱2,000.00/month per employee.

Equivalent to one (1) month basic salary as of October 31. Given simultaneously with the first payroll of the agency in November.

16. Cash Gift (CG)
P5,000.00/employee per year.
17. Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI)
P5,000.00/employee per year, subject to prior authority from the President of the Philippines due to Executive Order No. 61, s. 2024.
18. Service Recognition Incentive (SRI)
P20,000.00/employee, subject to the issuance of an Administrative Order by the President of the Philippines.

Employees may monetize their earned leave credits and it is not taxable.
20. Performance-Based Bonus (PBB)
Eligible employees may receive up to 65% of their monthly salary if their agency is eligible to the grant of PBB for a certain year.
